What each packet contains

Completions Report (CSV or PDF) — line items per completion: course, CE hours, score, certificate ID, completion date.
Compliance Snapshot (CSV or PDF) — current compliance status for every staff member.
Certificates Bundle — every certificate from the date range, as one printable PDF.

Printing for paper packets

Browser print is fully styled for paper — the page header, table borders, and document-version footer are designed for surveyor delivery. Print directly from the in-browser report view.
