Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Visit the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your work email address.
3. We send you a one-time link valid for 1 hour.
4. Click the link, choose a new password (minimum 10 characters).
5. You're signed back in.

If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact your facility administrator — your facility's email domain may be blocking the message.
