Yes. Draco uses HIPAA-aligned design — US-hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access — and no resident PHI is stored by default. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on request for facilities that need one.
Are the certificates verifiable?
Yes — every completion issues a branded certificate with a QR code that anyone can verify online, and every course tracks contact hours per discipline (courses of 50 minutes or longer are structured for 1.0+ renewable CEU).
What languages are supported?
The platform and course content are available in English and Spanish today, with additional languages on our roadmap.
Can staff use it on their phones?
Yes. The Draco Learning iPhone app is live on the Apple App Store — with push reminders, Face ID sign-in, an offline certificate viewer, and a Home-Screen widget that shows CE hours at a glance. There is also an installable Add-to-Home-Screen web app for any phone (Android, older iOS), and the full site works on any mobile browser.
Do we own our data, and can we export it?
Yes. Your facility owns all of your training records, learner progress, and completion data. You can export certificates, per-staff transcripts, and compliance reports as PDF and CSV at any time — ready to hand to a surveyor or state board.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically — there is no card on file during the trial. When you are ready to continue, you add billing and stay at $1.25 per active user, per month. If you do nothing, your account simply pauses; your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off.
What if a staff member leaves?
Just disable or remove their account — billing adjusts automatically, at no cost, and you keep their completed training records and certificates on file for your compliance history.
